About this opportunity

Welcome to the CLCT Requirements & Analysis team. We add value by providing a fit-for-purpose analysis to design innovative solutions to create great customer experiences. As the PEGA Business Architect, you’ll play a valuable role in Front to Back Corporate Lending Hub team – dedicated to create the new applications, process of the future in the loans for corporate customers in Nordea. Goal is to improve the customer satisfaction, increase the business, the employees productivity and of course be compliant with all the regulators’ demands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Approaching our stakeholders proactively, eliciting new requirements and continuously review them in order to get them clarified and fully understood
  • Carrying out a transparent process for requirements management and supporting each part of the development process by securing requirements traceability through end-to-end development
  • Facilitating the understanding and impact of requirements, functional, as well as non-functional, from business to technology and vice versa
  • Acting as Pega analysis SME, providing guidence and support

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have solid hands-on Pega analysis experience, preferably within the Financial sector
  • Stay on top of latest Pega features and standards
  • Have great analytical and requirements specification skills (functional and non-functional)
  • Are self-driven, team player, with very good communication and collaboration skills with different stakeholders
  • Are familiar with agile ways of working and methods, as well as proficient in using Jira and Confluence
  • Have a passion for analysis and the courage to experiment and find better solutions


Your experience and background: 

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the role of Pega certified Business Architect,
  • Good understanding of Pega technology aspects and software development process
  • Ability to communicate well in English (both written and spoken)
  • Knowledge or prior experience working in banking, especially with corporate customers will be an advantage
