About this opportunity

Welcome to the Cloud and Automation team. We add value as owners and providers of Nordea’s public cloud platforms, sponsor of the Move to Cloud transformation program, Cloud Centre of Enablement, the Automation roadmap and Automation Centre of Excellence. As PMO lead you’ll play a valuable role in supporting these key strategic areas of technology.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining schedule of key steerco and other governance meetings, and working with leadership to ensure agenda items and material are preparing in advance and to the highest quality
  • Setuping and managing a range of critical governance and collaborated forums – including invitations, confluence sites, minutes and action tracking
  • Ensuring risks and interdependencies are identified, reported, owned and managed through to resolution throughout project lifecycle
  • Delivering Management (Key Milestones Tracking, Communication of Deliveries)
  • Finance (Actuals, Forecast, Accruals, Invoice Tracking)
  • Reports and KPIs (Financial Reports, Progress Reports, Team Reports, KPIs Reporting)
  • Resources Management (Demand & Supply Map, On/Off-boarding, Time Reporting)
  • Developing and delivering robust stakeholder engagement plans in order to establish, and maintain strong relationships and clear lines of communication with all participants

 

You’ll join a dynamic, highly skilled team working delivering governance and transformation in the Cloud and Automation domains. The role is based in either Poland or any of the Nordic countries.

We are seeking a high performing individual with the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in programme management activities and a strong delivery approach
  • You have worked as a PMO Specialist or in programme management on medium to large scale Projects, Hubs or Programmes for +2 years
  • Experienced in preparing status reports and presentations for executive governance forums
  • PMI or similar PMO/Project Management certification
  • Exposure to Agile processes and methodologies
  • Experience using Sharepoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA, PPM tool
  • Highly proficient in English both spoken and written
  • Knowledge or experience with Cloud transformation initiatives is very beneficial

 

Also: 

  • Sense of ownership and willingness to deliver upon agreed deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office products e.g. Excel (absolutely must have) and PowerPoint
  • Showing initiative and passion, and you have an enthusiastic approach to your work and surroundings
  • Natural communicator, comfortable navigating among multiple stakeholders and have a sense of urgency to secure timely and consistent communication
  • Service/product mindset
  • Team Player
