About this opportunity

Welcome to the AI platform Team, a part of Infrastructure Engineering. We add value by enabling AI capabilities by providing the infrastructure and services that are needed. As the experienced Cloud developer, you’ll play a valuable role in defining and executing on the banks AI platform strategy to make AI platform accessible for Nordea.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop the AI platform infrastructure
• Understand the Nordea Cloud architecture framework in depth
• Build the Large language models on the infrastructures, Generative AI 
• Monitor and analyse key metrics within our cloud environment to identify areas of improvement in order to enhance performance and reliability
• Develop automated strategies for preventing, detecting and responding quickly to any incidents encountered when using our technologies
• Analyse technical requirements in relation to cost optimization, scalability and performance

The role is based in Gdańsk; Helsinki; Stockholm; Warszawa.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

• Solid experience building applications or services on a large-scale distributed cloud platform (AWS)
• Experience with AWS AI services (SageMaker - Bedrock - AWS API GW - Lambda)
• Strong knowledge of Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container platforms (Kubernetes), Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and ML Ops
• Experience development in Cloud and Terraform 
• Strong knowledge of LLM and AI ML models
• Strong knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and networking 
• Understand current trends related to DevOps best practices such as monitoring, logging, automation etc.
• Preferable experience from the financial industry or other restricted industries
