About this opportunity

Welcome to the KYC System Team. We add value by designing, implementing and maintaining highly available, scalable and secure infrastructure solutions. As a Senior DevOps Engineer you’ll play a valuable role in entire Software Development Lifecycle. You’ll support development teams to ensure seamless software delivery, build and enhance CI/CD pipelines, optimize existing infrastructure and support Application Maintenance team in incidents resolution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide technical, administrative, and user support for applications
  • Support troubleshooting and incident resolution
  • Enhance application performance and drive CI/CD automation initiatives
  • Deploy new releases and ensure smooth release process
  • Proactively implement monitoring solutions on all needed environments
  • Ensure infrastructure security and compliance standards
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve the efficiency and reliability of development and operational process
  • Identify and resolve performance bottleneck in infrastructure and applications

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Are adept at managing shifting priorities and self-directing your workload
  • Possess a solid understanding of IT systems deployment and the use of monitoring and logging in critical production environments
  • Have hands-on experience with configuring, managing and deploying applications using Kubernetes
  • Understand the importance of monitoring, logging, and alerting in IT services
  • Are familiar with infrastructure or middleware technologies such as SQL databases, Kafka, Hadoop, Ansible, shell scripting, and have knowledge of automation and testing tools
  • Have experience in DevOps in a Linux environment
  • Are communicative in English, both written and spoken


Your experience and background: 

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role
  • CI/CD Tools: Proficiency in Bamboo, Jenkins, Helm Charts
  • Scripting: Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python or PowerShell
  • Containerization: Experience in Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
  • Monitoring: Familiarity with monitoring tolls like AppDynamics, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and and BitBucket version control best practices
  • Other tools: Deep knowledge related to Kafka, MS SQL, and Oracle DB, Postman, SoapUI
  • Knowledge of Pega Platform can be as asset
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and proactive attitude
