About our team 


Meet the IAM Service Operation team. We are a team of 10 highly skilled IT Security Specialists, dedicated people eager to support our mission to Protect the Bank: De-risked, Compliant, Secure & Protected. We are located in Gdynia/Gdańsk.
 
We are looking for an Application Manager in IAM Service Operation team.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding of applications in Identity IQ
  • Ensuring high quality and completeness of received data
  • Controlling the correctness and timeliness of flat files inflows to Identity IQ
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise with application teams
  • Investigating and solving incidents within Application Management module
  • Initiating and driving process automations in close cooperation with Dev team

  • Are familiar with Identity IQ application
  • Have ITIL practices and framework general knowledge
  • Previous experience working with Agile methodology is an asset
