About this opportunity

 

Loan IQ is seeking Loan IQ IT Analyst. As IT Analyst, you’ll play a vital role driving execution across analysis, configuration, migration and testing efforts of Loan IQ application. LoanIQ is the main lending system for complex loans (i.e. shipping finance, private equity, syndicated loans, export and project finance) and loans in foreign currencies utilized by financial institutions and companies in the Nordic countries. You will be a key player in the technology team that helps discover and define the requirements, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan for major upgrades and migrations of Loan IQ.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Document business and functional requirements, including data flow, business rules, technical design and solution design
  • Create data mapping, do data modelling, and support data migrations
  • Collaborate and cooperate with Product Owner
  • Contribute to formulation of strategies/processes for LoanIQ Road map and contribute to defining standards and new automation initiatives
  • Elicit, validate and document functional and non-functional requirements
  • Translates business requirements into features, stories and tasks in Jira
  • Be a part of scrum team and workclose together with business, application maintenance and other technology areas to deliver on the backlog and move toward the strategic target picture for the environment
  • Utilize knowledge of business flows, data and systems to support business and IT testers in various test activities
  • Provide L3 support for incidents and problems

 

You’ll join a team working with front office solution which is LoanIQ application. The role is based in Gdańsk.

Your experience and background:  

Required qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT analysis or systems analysis
  • Experience gathering and documenting user requirements and partnering to build a high level design document
  • Experience working alongside a technical team (i.e., Developers, QA’s, vendor resources)
  • Demonstrated expertise in presenting and using planning tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to plan the analysis and present the plan in a structure way
  • Experience with agile development and DevOps tools and concepts
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

 

Advantageous qualifications:

  • Hands-on development/integration experience with Loan IQ product and surrounding applications
  • Experience with Jira, Conflucne and qTest
  • Migration and/or new implementation experience
