About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Trading Operations Requirements & Analysis team in the Markets and Traded Products Technology Service Area, where we add value by translating business needs to operational software requirements. We actively contribute to the collaboration between business and IT, drive requirement engineering work and validate data by making an effort in understanding both parts.

 

As our new IT Analyst, you will become part of our Transaction & Tax Reporting team (including other IT Analysts). You will implement new reporting for our in-house build reporting application, which is used for regulatory reporting towards central banks as well as tax reporting towards the tax authorities.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Design new reporting solutions and provide requirement specifications in close collaboration with the Product Owner, business analysts, other IT Analysts, developers and testers
  • Together with the Product Owner, collaborate with multiple stakeholders in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable and reliable solutions
  • Secure requirements traceability during the end-to-end development
  • Be the bridge between business (Product Owner) and IT (development team)
  • Facilitate understanding and impact of requirements from business to technology and vice versa

Your experience and background:

  • several years of experience in IT and / or business solution analysis
  • good understanding of data flow integration
  • excellent written and spoken English communication skills

 

Nice to have:

  • knowledge about trading and / or transaction reporting
  • experience with SQL, XSLT, BDD, Communication Layer
  • have a foundational understanding of programming, so you are able to read it

 

It is not a must that you are an expert in all of the above mentioned items, but you should be willing to proactively learn the rest.
