About this opportunity

Welcome to the Architects and Analysts team in the Cards and Mobile Payments Hub. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior IT Analyst to join the Team and Nordea's Card Simplification Programme. As a part of Nordea's Card Simplification Programme (CSP), you will be a key contributor to the initiative to introduce a common Card Management solution and transform into one common operating model. The future solution aims to speed up time to market, reduce costs and operational risk, and smoothen the customer journey.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work closely with business on defined functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Engage with external third-party vendors and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams onsite and offshore and be ready to thrive in the multinational environment.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation according to the requirement management standards.
  • Play a key role in ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. 
  • Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and incidents.

The role is based in Gdańsk/Gdynia, Warsaw, or Helsinki.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, can engage effectively with external third parties.
  • Technical knowledge sufficient to understand technical documentation and promote mutual understanding between developers and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining technical documentation.

 

Your experience and background: 

  • Proven experience as an IT Analyst, with a focus on process analysis and requirements gathering. 
  • Familiarity with cards processes is a strong asset. 
  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and its principles. 
  • Prior experience in any aspect of IT migration processes on various stages will be viewed favourably.
  • Experience in Data Mapping, Process Modelling.
  • English is required on business proficiency.
