About this opportunity

Welcome to the IT Analysis Credit Risk team in Group Functions Technology. We add value by translating business needs to operational and software requirements and then verifying their validity and priority. As Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in providing our customers with the new solutions within Credit Capability Train.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working within IT solutions for automation of Credit Risk and Financial Rating & Analysis (FAR) area
  • Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional) by cooperating with different stakeholders
  • Securing requirements traceability during smooth end-to-end development
  • Cooperating with multiple stakeholders from different countries in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions
  • Being responsible for requirements documentation and quality improvement
  • Strengthening Agile and DevOps mindset

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Have good requirement management skills (functional and non-functional) including defining acceptance criteria (preferably using Gherkin syntax), Definition of Done, Definition of Ready, and others,
  • Experience of agile way of working and methods (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.) and other standards necessary for reqirmeents management,
  • Have strong business and technical background and great analytical skills,
  • Have ability to work both independently and as a part of a team,
  • Are proactive (“can do” attitude), structured, detail-oriented and quality driven

Your experience and background: 

  • Experience in IT and business analysis
  • Being familiar with most popular requirement management standards (IIBA, IREB, etc,)
  • Experience of using Jira and Confluence
  • Experience of working in Agile and SAFe
  • Communication skills, professional level of English
  • Practical knowledge of SQL and creating SQL queries
  • Practical knowledge of Process Modelling and UML - will be an advantage 
  • Experience with DevOps mindset will be an advantage
  • Business knowledge of Credit Risk, Financial Rating & Analysis (FAR) will be an advantage
