In Digital Wealth Delivery, we support the business needs of Digital Wealth. We add value by delivering, maintaining and supporting the digital solutions that enables customers and advisors to see, manage and follow-up on savings, investments, pensions and life risk insurances. As our new Senior IT Analyst, you’ll play a valuable role in facilitating a great customer experience by ensuring our savings and investment solutions runs smoothly. 

 

What you’ll be doing

  • Hands-on tasks related to monitoring, configuration, testing, documentation and requirement management – especially towards our software vendor
  • Facilitate that required infrastructure is in place to enable our applications to run as intended 
  • Plan and facilitate deployments according to Nordea’s change management process
  • Communicate with vendor’s development- and support teams
  • Support colleagues during incident- and problem management
  • Address stakeholder questions and handle ad hoc requests coming from various stakeholders
  • Participate in – and occasionally drive – project work

 

This role is located in Gdańsk.

Your experience and background

  • User and Admin of Windows OS
  • Experience with maintaining and changing critical applications as well as IT infrastructure according to applicable requirements 
  • SQL experience
  • Experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python, batch)
  • Experience with monitoring tools (Splunk and AppDynamics) 
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge and/or interest in trading and banking is considered an advantage

 

Please note that this role will occasionally require work outside normal business hours to provide support on planned upgrades, deployments etc.
