About this opportunity

Welcome to the GFCP team. As the Senior IT Service Manager, you’ll play a valuable role in delivering high quality service, coordinating work of DevOps teams supporting Financial Anti-Crime Area and providing our customers to the best banking in the world.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensuring that incident, problem and change management processes are executed according Nordea standards
  • Maintaining system availability and sufficient level of IT operation support 
  • Coordinating and prioritizing daily work of various DevOps teams
  • Managing various applications portfolio
  • Provide technical expertise on complex technical issues and also guide your team members in solving technical problems in your area
  • Implementing and optimising processes, products and concepts and facilitate continuous improvements, hence also deliver on simplification
  • Coordinating the transition process from development to operation
  • Ensuring applications' compliance with internal processes and financial audit requirements
  • Maintaining CMDB
  • Managing the performance of our 3rd party Managed Service vendor
  • Handling risk issues and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Travel is expected occasionally

Your experience and background: 

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably Computer Science related
  • Excellent communication skills with very good level of English 
  • Good organisational skills
  • Leadership experience in an international company
  • Solid technical knowledge
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework
