We are looking for an Architect / Engineer with demonstrated capability to operate in a very broad role helping Risk & Compliance Technology to reach the strategic and tactical targets revolving elements of AI and Cloud. The role will be a full-time employment.

About our team

Meet the Record Keeping and Market Abuse Surveillance team. Our role is to support Group Compliance with smart high quality IT solutions securing the long-term regulatory internal and external compliance of Nordea. We like to create and innovate in a friendly atmosphere and are never afraid to go above and beyond.   

Main responsibilities in this role:

• Solution design and implementation as well as participating in business analysis for various initiatives within Group Compliance.
• Maintenance and further development of the Record Keeping and Markets Abuse Surveillance platform.
• Drive many of the AI related initiatives together with Group Compliance.

Who you are

Your background and skills include:

• An experienced (10+ years) end to end software lifecycle engineer with high interest for identifying and solving business problems.
• Formal background is probably Mathematical, Computer science or engineering preferably M.SC.
• Broad technology skillset, spanning from programming the most common languages, databases and implementation of AI agents as well as cloud technology.
• Acting as Solution Architect or similar for at least a couple of years.

It would be ideal if you also:

• Are well orientated in agile ways of working.
• Have previous experience from the financial industry.
• Have a proven ability to drive and work independently if needed.
