We are looking for students to join us in Risk Applications and Data team as a student providing risk system support in one of the leading Nordic banks.

Meet the Group Risk Office team. Our role is to add value by general support to Group Risk and for this specific position you’ll play a key role in strengthening the impact of technology, advanced analytics and AI on the world of risk management, improving our overall risk management and efficiency. What you’ll be doing
Your main responsibilities would be to:
- Triage incoming tickets, resolve low‑complexity cases, and route process‑ or technical‑specific topics to the appropriate experts.
- Guide users toward self‑service solutions and clear documentation where applicable.
- Maintain and improve the Central Knowledge Library used by end‑users
- Continuously improve the support ticketing system built on Microsoft Power Apps, used as the single-entry point for our non financial risk systems support.
- Design, maintain, and optimize Power Automate flows supporting ticket lifecycle management, notifications, approvals, and escalations.
- Monitor ticket trends, volumes, and resolution patterns to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to support reporting and insights, enabling prioritization of system and process improvements.
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are proactive, creative and eager to learn. You are comfortable working with a diverse team of people and taking on various tasks depending on what's currently needed - our working environment is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring hands-on and pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Your background and skills include:
- You have started (at minimum) the third year of studies in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.
- Ability to build, configure, and maintain applications build using Microsoft Power Apps and build and maintain workflows for notification approvals and escalations in Power Automate.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset with ability to communicate clearly and patiently.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams across process and technical domains.
- Structured, proactive, and solution‑oriented with strong prioritization skills.
- Analytical mindset for spotting trends and identifying opportunities for improvement.
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have experience or interest in conversational support, chatbots, or AI‑assisted self‑service using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, and multichannel support tools
