  • Gathering requirements: Performing business analysis by working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs for digital solutions, such as reports or web applications (Power Apps).
  • Ensuring quality and compliance: Supporting the execution of quality and compliance controls and helping to ensure they are applied consistently.

You’ll join an international team localised in all Nordic countries and Poland with diverse range of duties and professional backgrounds.

Who you are

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Are structured and enjoy working with numbers.
  • Are data-driven with analytical mind and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Are able to research, interpret, and analyse data and reports
  • Have great Excel and PowerBI skills and see IT systems in general as working tools.
  • Have great communication, logical thinking and interpersonal skills.

Your experience and background:

  • You are most likely a university student focusing on Business Analysis or Data Analysis and have 2-3 years before you finalize your education.
  • Formal work experience is not required but participation in student’s activities are nice to have.
  • Don’t worry if you don’t know much about Reward, this is great opportunity for you to learn it!
