We are looking for a As a vital member of the Group Talent Attraction team working across Nordics, Poland and Estonia, you’ll focus mainly in the Polish market, but collaborate closely with the entire Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition team to understand the hiring needs and strategize attraction initiatives focused on talent conversion. You’ll play a crucial role in contributing to attracting, engaging, and retaining top-tier talent while influencing Nordea’s employer image, culture and performance!

We are part of the wider HR division, and we collaborate closely with local and global teams to ensure Nordea’s presence is engaging and appealing.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage Social Media channel(s) in Poland
- Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with various stakeholders
- Manage EB content calendar for activations across relevant channels and platforms, both externally and internally in the Social Media channels in Poland
- Support in organizing and running events in collaboration with our Talent Attraction team members located in Poland
- Manage our Student Requests mailbox
Who you are

It would be ideal if you also:
- Have experience in managing social media platforms or campaigns
- Possess knowledge of employer branding, marketing, or communications
