Nordea is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented DORA ROI Data & Regulatory Specialist to join a strategic initiative focused on delivering DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) Register of Information (ROI).
This role will play a substantial part in improving the DORA ROI solution, ensuring high-quality data, strong stakeholder alignment, and timely regulatory deliveries. Following the transition into Business-As-Usual (BAU) operations, you will take ownership of data quality and be responsible for maintaining key ROI data sources.
The main themes associated with this role are: Data Quality Excellence, Data Governance, Regulatory Reporting and Stakeholder Management.
About our team
We are the Contracting Services & Data Management team in Group Procurement. We operate right at the intersection of procurement, contract execution, and data governance.
In simple terms — we are the team that makes sure that:
- contracts are signed efficiently,
- data in contract repository and related systems are accurate and complete,
- and that everything we do supports regulatory requirements and reporting needs, especially around DORA and other compliance areas.
We don’t just manage data — we make sure it is reliable enough to drive decisions, reporting, and risk management.
Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. These are the values that guide us in how we work and how we make decisions – and that we imagine you share with us.
What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Perform data analysis across multiple internal systems and sources (e.g. sourcing, contracts, ICT services).
- Support the design, validation, and reconciliation of data structures required for DORA ROI reporting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. sourcing, risk, IT, legal) to ensure alignment and data completeness.
- Drive regulatory deliverables, ensuring compliance with DORA requirements and internal governance.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and propose mitigation actions.
- Contribute to process definition and documentation for ROI data collection and maintenance.
Post-Transition (BAU Phase)
- Act as data owner / data quality lead for key ROI data.
- Monitor and improve data quality, completeness, and accuracy on an ongoing basis.
- Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, controls, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure sustainable data maintenance processes.
- Support ongoing regulatory reporting and audits related to DORA.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across data processes and tooling.
Who you are
This is the right role for you if you are:
- Structured, analytical, and quality-focused mindset
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Proactive communicator with stakeholder-driven approach
- Comfortable working in complex regulatory environments
- Able to balance project delivery and operational excellence
Your background and skills include:
- Strong experience in data analysis, data management or business analysis.
- Experience working with regulatory frameworks (preferably DORA, EBA, ICT risk).
- Solid understanding of contractual data / sourcing / third-party risk management is an advantage.
- Proven ability in stakeholder management across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, data visualisation tools, or data platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate regulatory requirements into data structures.
- Experience in process design, documentation, and governance frameworks is a plus.
