About this opportunity

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Work in close cooperation with Head of Data Systems and Head of  Data Execution, respective Leadership Teams and management partners
  • Proactive calendar management, meeting and travel booking  
  • Prepare and coordinate events
  • Handle Buy&Pay invoices and approvals  
  • Handle people&process related approvals (e.g. CPRO, ITSSP)
  • Follow-up on spending and projecting full-year costs on consulting spend
  • Contact point for training related stuff (collecting needs in the team, follow-up on budget usage, spreading messages about learning opportunities)
  • Travel reporting
  • Handling travel requests
  • Organizing management meetings and townhalls (invites, agenda, meeting minutes)
  • Mandatory training follow-up
  • Maintain email lists, e.g. country based ones
  • Handle mailbox
  • Arrange meeting rooms where needed
  • Arrange team events and team bonding activities
  • And much more…
