About this opportunity

Welcome to the Requirements & Analysis team. We are part of Data Systems in Group Data Management. As Expert IT Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in in building and supporting strong and productive teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Oversees the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of customer Survey process.
  • Manage the integration of survey platforms with existing IT infrastructure including database and real time streaming platforms
  • Ensure accurate and efficient data flow from collection systems to storage and analytics platforms
  • Work with multiple, large and complex databases in Hue
  • Perform data analysis and verify outcomes for business requirements
  • Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions
  • Attend meetings with business, clarify issues with requirements, brainstorm for new, better solutions
  • Present findings to stakeholders, purpose new sources/attributes/statistics
  • Work with business in reaching out to stakeholders with queries about data, the meaning and logic behind it for new requirements and sources
  • Checking data and process quality during BAU
  • Creation and maintenance of relevant documentation including requirements, functional and technical specification that define and support the solution
  • Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

  • Experience with data analysis -  SQL is a must, working with Hive is an asset or at least the ability to quickly find solutions for HiveQL
  • Ability to work on your own, actively search for solutions and answers (is proactive in reaching out to colleagues for help)
  • Logical thinking, knows how to understand new databases quickly
  • Ability to find solution to complex data analysis questions
  • Knowledge how to speak with stakeholder/business, you can stand your ground in a professional way
  • Is innovative in finding new solutions, can quickly come up with analytical proposals during meetings
  • Experience in working with distributed systems 
  • Experience with collecting and managing business requirements to design, develop and deliver IT solutions
  • Ability to understand and to create technical documentation (i.e. Confluence)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder managment
  • Good understanding of the Agile mindset and values
  • Experience in working with business end users

 

Your experience and background: 

  • knowledge of SQL, technical design & creating technical documentation
  • a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset
  • Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes
  • Experience in working with distributed global teams
  • Fluency in spoken and written English language
  • The knowledge about iterative and incremental development
  • The knowledge about fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
  • SAFe knowledge
