Welcome to the Service Level Management, a measurement & reporting capability unit at Nordea / Core Operations / IT Continuity, Maturity & Execution. We add value by serving Nordea Technology internal customers, subsidiaries, suppliers and regulators by delivering IT performance & compliance, analytics & automation globally where Nordea operates.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing, transitioning and maintaining existing MS Power Platform solutions 
  • Building new MS Power Platform solutions according to business requirements
  • Analysing, processing and modelling data, interpret the results to create actionable insights
  • Ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices
  • Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy
  • Acting as a subject matter expert and make recommendations to IT and business stakeholders
  • Interacting, supporting and driving requirements within C-level, middle and line management
  • Empowering people with effective indicators, metrics, baselines and service levels
  • Development & Performance, Goals and Follow-up to plan your individual competence and skills development with your manager, and feedback from colleagues and your stakeholders

Your experience and background: 

  • Excellence & professional experience in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI or holds at least two of the following Microsoft certificates: Power Platform Fundamentals / Power BI Data Analyst Associate / Power Platform App Maker Associate
  • Professional experience in two at least of the following programming languages: SQL, VBA, DAX
  • Experience within Dataverse, Data Warehousing, ETL (SSIS) and building MS SQL views 
  • ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management
  • Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
  • Proven work experience with 3+ years in similar role
