About this opportunity

Welcome to our global operational team, responsible for maintaining business critical Privileged Access Management system, supporting control of access to privileged accounts, manage and vault passwords and other credentials for administrative, service and application accounts, Single Sign On.

Within PAM Operations we add value by keeping the lights on and maintaining and improving access control tools and processes across all enterprise. We are responsible for implementation, operating and monitoring of IT security processes.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting Team Members
• Budget handling

• Deploy and operate access controls capabilities
• Maintain server’s infrastructure to ensure lack of vulnerabilities, keep high resiliency level of our systems, contribute to security, stability and risk reduction
• Work closely with development teams to make sure the platforms is designed with operability, security and flawless end-user experience in mind

The role is based in Poland. Please, note the candidate should be located in the country of hire already.

Your leadership and technical experience and skills

You have experience and background comes from specified areas (the more the better):  

• Leadership experience with proven track record of team development
• Documented ability to work and lead cross-border with different cultures
• Experience in leading an Operation team in a complex IT environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Open mind and ready for differences
• Technical and/or process experience in Access Management discipline with emphasis on authorisation and authentication solution
• Knowledge about CYBERARK solution is an asset
