About our team
Meet the Technology Resource Management team. Our role is to provide transparency in reporting, advisory and support towards all Technology units on deliveries within resource management processes. As a IT Analyst you’ll play a valuable role in delivering central help to Group Technology by ensuring high quality of data analysis and contribute into reporting on FTEs, as well as flexible support in the processes in resource management.
What you'll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Driving and taking responsibility by suggesting improvements and process efficiencies to optimize current resource management process, driving key elements of functional setup of Resource
- Management Team. In collaboration across, you are developing and brainstorming the quality and efficiency of Resource Management processes
- Providing thorough data analysis decision making materials, reports to support FTE & cost transparency towards various internal stakeholders in the value chain, enabling holistic view in order to develop maturity of RM team’s owned processes and cost & productivity analyses to support management / business decision making
- Ensure smooth process of contracting and prolonging external consultants per supported area in Technology
- Secure high data quality
- Participate in change management activities: inform and guide our stakeholders
- Support the unit by solving problems and contributing with new ideas to achieve business and/or process goals and efficiencies, including maintenance of the data in between different sources, with positive attitude and with a mindset of one team
- Support in managing contracts information according to project requirements
- Contacting stakeholders when needed via Phone and in Digital Channels
- Secure high standard of the advisory: taking responsibility in gaining good organisational understanding by networking and building professional relationships and competencies in being proactive sparring partner
- Leverage AI in daily work to ensure effectiveness and use of modern tools in example Microsoft Copilot
