We are looking for a permanent role to support with planning, coordination and execution of Data Centre Failover Test.

Meet the IT Continuity Team. Our role is to improve the stability and resilience of Nordea, by ensuring that we are in control of our Continuity Processes and continuously improving our failover and recovery capabilities
We add value by:
- Defining processes and requirements towards IT Continuity, in accordance with internal and external regulations
- Maintaining Disaster Recovery Documentation including failover and restore manuals, for the most important Applications and Infrastructure in the Bank
- Planning and driving execution of Data Centre failover tests
- Supporting internal initiatives to improve overall Bank Resiliency

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Take part to the planning, coordination and execution of Data Centre failover tests
- Review and Update technical documentation with Application and Infrastructure specialists
- Follow up on Test findings and respective remediation action
- Support internal project initiatives
- The team is currently based in Gdynia and Warsaw.
The role we are hiring for will be based in Poland in: Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Gdynia.
Who you are
Your background and skills include:
- Experience in IT Continuity/Disaster Recovery
- Deep understanding of IT Continuity terms and rules
- Experience in planning, coordinating and executing Data Centre tests or similar complex projects
- Proactive approach, self-driven and capable of focusing on several deliveries
- Can-do and strong cooperative attitude towards team members and stakeholders is critical
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders on different levels and areas of the organisation
- Fluency in communication in English, in speaking and in writing
