About this opportunity
Welcome to the IT Continuity Management team. We add value by:
- Making Service Level Agreements for Applications and Infrastructure parameters to set target failover and restore capabilities
- Making Disaster Recovery Documentation including failover and restore manuals, for the most important Applications and Infrastructure in the Bank
- Planning and driving execution of Data Centre failover tests
- Planning and driving execution of Applications and Infrastructure Restore from backup tests
As the IT Continuity Process Expert, you will play a valuable role in making sure that key Applications in the bank are prepared to survive crisis or disaster situations and continue to support the Bank.
What you will be doing:
- Working hand in hand with IT Continuity Process Owner on updates of IT Continuity process controls (KPIs), process description, technology business continuity plans and technology business impact analysis.
- Communication, ad-hoc reports and explanations for IT Continuity process.
You'll join an IT Continuity Team that protects IT stability for the most important Applications in the Bank by making sure that the Applications are prepared to survive crisis or disaster situations and continue to run.
The team is currently based in both Gdynia in Poland and in Taastrup in Denmark. The role we are hiring for will be based in Poland in: Warsaw, Lodz, Gdansk or Gdynia.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are:
- Fluent in communication in English verbally and in writing on the level that allow to negotiate and agree details with Application and Infrastructure experts.
Your experience and background (expectation that must be fulfilled):
- 2 years of experience with updates of IT process controls (KPIs), process description, business continuity plans and business impact analysis.
Your experience and background (expectation that is recommended):
- Deep understanding of Business Continuity and IT Continuity terms and rules.
