About this opportunity

Welcome to the Test Environment Delivery team. We add value by creating, optimizing and automating processes in accordance to Nordea’s standards  and guidelines. As IT Service Manager (TED: Test Environment Delivery) you’ll play a valuable role in providing a seamless experience for our customers and stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • ensuring clear communication about environments statuses
  • acting as a primary contact for all customer queries and issues
  • mentoring and directing team members for timely completion of assigned tasks
  • working with different Development/Test teams to ensure plans are optimized within timelines
  • overseeing application maintenance activities:  upgrades, modifications and deployments

  • have experience managing ITIL Service operation processes (inc. event management, incident management, problem management, request fulfilment)

Your experience and background: 

  • excellent communication skills with very good level of English 
  • good organizational skills
  • strong relationship management skills
  • understanding of incident, change and release management processes
  • IT development, test and operations experience
