Your future responsibilities

 

Welcome to Supplier Management Strategy & Analytics team! We monitor and optimize supplier performance for Technology suppliers. We are part of Technology Supplier Management and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide the oversight and management of Nordea’s business relationships with ICT (Information and Communication Technology) service providers.

In our team we follow hybrid model of working (1 or 2 days office presence, depending on the location).

 

What you will be doing

•    Acting as Subject Matter Expert / Capability Lead for IT supplier performance management area, setting direction and defining standards to ensure alignment with the overall Technology strategy and objectives
•    Developing and implementing processes, standards and procedures for central IT supplier performance management, ensuring proper documentation / work instructions, reporting and tools set-up
•    Guiding and supporting Performance Managers with the common ways of working and standards – providing focused leadership and direction
•    Representing IT supplier performance capability, being SPOC (single point of contact) for other business units, procurement and regulatory authorities
•    Reassessing and enhancing existing performance measures to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with changing business needs and risks, addressing gaps or areas for improvement
•    Driving and coordinating change and quality improvements across IT supplier performance area, implementing industry best practice and development initiatives
•    Supporting supplier agreement negotiations with a focus on IT performance metrics and consistent measurement and reporting, recommending relevant solutions and controls
•    Collaborating with external (regulators, audit) and internal (technology, security) stakeholders to establish and implement well-defined performance expectations in line with the overall business objectives and risk tolerance
•    Implementing and ensuring adherence to DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) performance requirements towards Nordea’s ICT third-party service providers

Your experience and background:

•    ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge and experience
•    Familiarity with service level management and performance management methodologies, incl. SLAs and KPIs
•    Understanding of IT environment, IT operations and IT related processes
•    Experience and excellent skills in documenting IT and Business processes
•    Prior experience in IT Supplier Management or IT Service Management roles
•    Ability to supervise Performance Management projects and direct cross-functional teams
•    Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across multiple countries
•    Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as finance, is beneficial
•    English fluency
