About our team
Meet the Supplier Performance and Analytics team. Our role is to enhance supplier performance oversight by driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through data-driven supplier performance management.
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Overseeing supplier performance and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, contractual terms, and relevant regulations
- Ensuring timely and accurate performance overview and reporting, aligning with stakeholders on their input and improvement actions for the areas that require attention
- Onboarding new ICT suppliers into Supplier Repository, aligning with Agreement Owners on correct metric description and measurement, ensuring data quality and completeness
- Developing and implementing supplier performance processes and conducting regular performance evaluations with ICT suppliers to identify trends, areas for improvement and assess progress
- Validating supplier performance data, ensuring data quality and confirming results against contractual Service Levels and targets
- Collaborating with external (regulators, audit, suppliers) and internal (technology, security) stakeholders to establish and implement well-defined performance expectations in line with the overall business objectives and risk tolerance
- Supporting supplier agreement negotiations with a focus on IT performance metrics and consistent measurement and reporting, recommending relevant solutions and controls when procuring services or re-negotiating agreements

- Can translate business language and technical solutions into executive summary
- Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude
- A team player who can work effectively in a cross-functional team
- Highly motivated, action-oriented and committed to achieve targets with a problem-solving mindset
Your background and skills include:
- ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with service level management and performance management methodologies, incl. SLAs and KPIs
- Understanding of IT environment, IT operations and IT related processes
- Experience and proficiency in documenting IT and Business processes
- Prior experience in IT Supplier Management or IT Service Management roles
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and across multiple countries
- English fluency
