Welcome to Master Data Management unit. You will be part of a great journey to build a single, trusted view of high quality master data across all channels and business processes in the bank. This will enable next level of digitalization and scaling up.

 

In Master Data Operations team we work closely with requestors from all over the organisation and aim to ensure that master data is managed to meet the desired quality, as well as support the group simplification and meet the needs in the regulatory and compliance.

 

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will be a key team member, managing master data and streamlining process simplifications. You will be responsible for driving a continuous improvement culture and play an active role in helping adopting the new Master & Reference Data solution.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Handle master data requests at the required level of quality by following guidelines/work procedures 
  • Create and update documentation in order to secure efficient processes, aligned ways of working and knowledge transfer
  • Identify and take relevant actions within own area of responsibilities to improve processes, and to reduce operational risk and cost
  • Interact in a professional manner with various stakeholders in the organisation to facilitate communication and improvements on master data related topics
  • Participate in the On-Call/Best Effort duty as part of monthly/yearly reporting support 
  • Closely collaborate with Data Asset and Process Owners as part of Data and Process Governance framework
  • Proactively support projects by working closely with Product Owners and MDM Agile Release Train (SAFe)
  • Perform incident and data quality analyses
  • Challenge the status quo to identify new process opportunities

 

You’ll join a collaborative and dynamic international unit. The role is based in Tricity and Helsinki.
