About this opportunity

You will execute contract management tasks in line with best practices and to help producing value add for Nordea, ensuring control and oversight for the contracts you will manage.

We are working in the hybrid work model, so you will be expected to visit office few days per week.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Plan, prepare and execute contract changes
  • Develop and keep an oversight over ongoing agreement changes
  • Develop and keep an oversight of obligations and deliverables throughout the contractual lifecycle 
  • Provide contract training for stakeholders and facilitate awareness sessions within the team
  • Support with agreement expertise to interpret agreement specific terms and collaborate with service owners, interfacing units and other stakeholders
  • Participate in Nordea’s risk processes as well as in regular audits (internal and external)
  • Develop and maintain long-standing relationships with Nordea’s IT suppliers
  • Continuously explore opportunities for how our IT agreements can be improved
  • Contribute to improve processes and best practices within the supplier management area
  • Contribute and/or participate in activities with our suppliers that will increase the resiliency of the bank

Your experience and background:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an international environment working within either the space of contract management, procurement or an IT delivery organisation
  • Experience in working with IT contracts
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders as well as with suppliers
  • Solid analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in English (both in writing and speaking) 

 

It will also be of benefit with below experience and/or competencies, but not a requirement:

  • Experience working with risk management
  • Working within a regulated environment
  • Hands-on experience with IT services, cloud or infrastructure solutions
  • ITIL and/or Agile certification
