About this opportunity

Welcome to the Network Governance team. We add value by providing the full lifecycle of the network platform, defining the overall network operational strategy, ensuring technology health, alignment towards business needs and cost-effective continuous improvement. As the Network Platform Owner, you’ll play a valuable role in providing our customers with high-quality and reliable services based on end-to-end management.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Being End-to-End accountable for a technical platform (tools, monitoring and management systems)
  • Close cooperating with architects concerning the roadmap, infrastructure initiatives, design of new services and addressing business needs
  • Controling outcomes/reports from ongoing processes
  • Overseeing mandatory processes, risks, and audits
  • Holding the relationship with Business Product Owners, Enterprise Architects, Vendors
  • Overseeing and managing the interaction with the Supplier
  • Actively planning and scoping of work for the Network team with a managed platform


You’ll join a challenging team with a big influence on the shape of Nordea Network. The role is based in Gdynia/Gdańsk, Warsaw, Copenhagen, or Helsinki.

  • Have excellent understanding of the network platform demands from a business perspective
  • Present strong conflict management, resolution skills and quality control skills
  • Possess critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • have experience in structured documentation building
  • Can develop high-level financial estimates for planning and forecasting


Your experience and background: 

  • Proven three+ years working in the network area
  • ITIL certificate and experience are more than welcomed
  • Technical experience within systems and tools will be an advantage
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experience working in a predominantly outsourced IT Infrastructure environment 
  • Knowledge of the Agile SAFe framework and experience within the Product Owner role will be an advantage
