As a Network security specialist, you’ll play a valuable role in providing to our customers high quality and reliable services based High level design and architecture. As Network security specialist you will play together with your Nordic colleagues and your colleagues in Poland an important role in our success to reach that goal.

What you’ll be doing:
- Together with your colleagues develop and maintain our Network security roadmap and design within DDoS protection and secure that implementation of new features are aligned with the overall achitecture
- Identify possibilities within the current architecture in order to achieve less complexity and reduced cost and risk
- Pro-actively drive the creation and maintenance of the network DDoS protection area based on wide end-to-end understanding
- Have close cooperation within the network domain, Strategic Programs and stakeholders
- Advise Application Providers and Owners about risks and opportunities
- Participating in our network and cyber security communities
- Setting the strategy direction for the future, together with the infrastructure Platform owner’s
- Following up on project initiatives and their progress
You’ll join a new, challenging team with big influence on shape of Nordea Network. The role is based in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Gdynia or Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong conflict management, resolution skills and quality control skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- High Expierience working with design and architecture in an enterprice environment
- Experience of delivering key solutions to business benefits
- Background as a network security specialist with a track record from complex environment
- Used to work in virtual team set up
- High experience working API And APP Protection (AAP) DDoS Defender Cloud service provided by Akamai
- High Technical experience with DDoS protection environment on an expert level
- Proven 5-10 or more years working in the network security area
- Experience working in a predominantly outsourced IT Infrastructure environment
