We are now looking for a Product Owner for Agile Content Management team within End User Engineering Unit. This is an opportunity for you to be part of one of the most exciting and challenging efforts going on within Nordea on our journey to develop the workplace for the future in Nordea. The role is a replacement for fixed-time of 3 years.

About this opportunity

Welcome to the Content Management team. We set the scene for Microsoft 365 technology for the entire Nordea Group by providing common and modern digital services for collaboration and productivity.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving iterations for Agile team by owning the teams backlog, defining iteration goals and stories, contributing to Vision and Roadmap and by accepting iteration increments
• Prepare and participate in PI Plannings
• Iteration and program execution
• Participating in Inspect and Adapt to produce stories to implement improvements for the team and to produce PI system Demo to stakeholders 
• Assessing and analysing the request from stakeholders
• Working with the team and stakeholders to deliver new features on the client platform for Nordea
• Participating in vendor's meetings to agree Product Roadmaps

You’ll join to international team and Microsoft 365 technology experts. The role is based in Warsaw Poland.

Your experience and background: 

• You have a Microsoft 365 technical background
• You are professional in taking initiative and work proactively under own direction with a proven track record of creating results
• You have experience from successfully leading change as a Product Owner in an Agile SAFe environment or work in Agile team
• You are analytical and can define and document business value
• You are fluent in spoken and written English
