About this opportunity
 

Welcome to the Global Payments Platform team in Payments & Cash Management Product Management unit! We add value by supporting the payments change agenda and by ensuring stable payments services to the organisation. As the (Junior) Product and Process Specialist, you’ll play a valuable role ensuring that we deliver on the payment accountabilities related to Nordea Application Guidelines, as well as ensuring the readiness to receive the project deliveries coming from our development hub.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive/execute/support planned application lifecycle activities within payments to ensure we take the right/needed actions to secure the health of our applications.
  • Participate in project work to deliver new and enhanced products.
  • Be an expert in your product/service area in relation to Nordic payments.
  • Mitigate and manage risks and problems in application portfolio while balancing deliveries and cost.
  • Ensure compliance of the applications and supported products.
  • Ensure applications quality by securing good specifications and quality UAT testing.
  • Understand customer impact, ensure high level stakeholders´ communication and reporting as a support in incident handling.

Your experience and background: 

  • Experience in one of the area like:
    • Cash Management or Payments area (Nordic payments).
    • Application Management and/or application management framework.
    • Banking, Consultancy or IT.
  • Ability and ambition to learn both business and technology skills.
  • Professional skills in English, both spoken and written.
