Welcome to the Release Engineering team. We add value by securing that our changes and releases are of high standard and our development and operational teams are equipped with all the best practices, automations  and tooling needed to maintain best-in-class services for our customers.

 

As a Scrum Master with a touch of technical skills in Release Engineering Team you’ll play a valuable role, be an important player, together with the team members, to become a high performing team. You will regularly communicate and collaborate with colleagues and key stakeholders. As part of our delivery team you will often laugh, have a good time with your team members. We enjoy humor and sharing fun times.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Coaching and supporting the team in agile methods and principles
  • Facilitating iteration planning, retrospective and team break out during PI planning
  • Driving improvement work within the agile process and the tools used by the team
  • Identifying and removing impediments
  • Coordinating the work between teams where there are dependencies
  • Participating in Scrum master/Product owner forums driving coordination and improvement cross Tribes.

 

As driver you will:

  • Together with the team manager, secure to future prof our solutions in the Change & Transition area
  • Maintain and coordinate team deliveries on daily basis, participate and share the workload with the team and utilizing your technical skills
  • Secure to fulfill regulatory requirements

To fit the role, you will work as a driver for all changes within the area. You have a passion for driving change, developing people and seeing them grow to their full potential. You are familiar of the software development cycle,(DevOps) maybe with a history as a developer and have a good understanding of IT maintenance and related processes (ITIL).

 

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:

  • Experience working in a scrum-master role
  • Knowledge in how to utilize Jira & Confluence
  • Ability to communicate  in English
  • Experience from business and/or operation is an advantage
  • Knowledge in agile values and principles maybe Safe certificate

 

Your experience and background:

  • 3+ years of commercial experience in technology “hands-on” delivery
  • Experience with SQL and other scripting languages
  • Experience documenting technical deliveries
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Automation experience.
  • Good English skills
  • Positive attitude and Team player

 

Nice to have:

If you are analytical, curious and have a passion for finding new ways of working and solutions – you will like it here!We believe you have worked with, or have experience with, a few of the following competences:

  • Software development within C#/.NET/.NET core;
  • Front-end development, probably within Angular or React;
  • Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle and/or MongoDB);
  • Experience of building REST API’s;
  • Experience with Container technologies such as Docker or OpenShift;
  • Feel comfortable writing unit tests on your own code;
  • CI/CD such as Azure Pipelines;
