You will also be driving requirements and managing strategic change initiatives.

About this opportunity

Welcome to an Analytics & Automation reporting unit of 20+ great people. We deliver digital solutions within IT operations to Nordea Technology & Business, subsidiaries, suppliers and regulators.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing, transitioning and maintaining Power Platform solutions 
  • Building underlying data sources (MS SQL, SharePoint Online, Dataverse)
  • Business analysis – gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specification
  • Designing solutions architecture
  • Working within a high performing Scrum Team
  • Advising and recommending solutions and best practices
  • Present solutions to all internal stakeholders


The role is based in Gdynia. We work in hybrid mode, allowing our Employees for Home Office to a certain extent (upon generic Nordea guidelines and agreement with the Manager).

Your experience and background: 

  • Professional experience in developing solutions of Microsoft Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
  • Professional experience in two at least of programming languages: SQL, R, VBA, DAX, Python
  • Experienced in working with data of MS SQL Server, SharePoint Online, Dataverse etc.
  • Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar
  • Troubleshooting solutions and innovating
  • Proven work experience with 3+ years in similar role

 

An advantage: holding the Microsoft Power Platform certificates.
