About this opportunity

Welcome to the Release Engineering team. We add value by securing that our changes and releases are of high standard and our development and operational teams are equipped with all the best practices and tooling needed to maintain best-in-class services for our customers.  As Senior Python Developer in Release Engineering Team you’ll play a valuable role in securing our processes, through automated solutions in order to help us stay compliant with minimum manual effort.

What you’ll be doing:
•    Designing and building integration with different systems in the bank with a high focus on ITSM tools
•    Assuring code quality (unit & integration tests, code review, pair programming)
•    Maintaining and extending CI/CD processes automation
•    Cooperating with product owner and business experts
•    Writing technical documentation
•    Working according to Scrum methods

Your experience and background: 
•    3+ years of commercial experience in Python development 
•    Experience with ReastAPI: Flask, Django or FastAPI 
•    Version control proficiency using GIT
•    Experience with enterprise-level logging systems (Splunk, Kibana etc.)
•    Experience in creating CI/CD pipelines
•    Experience in Unix systems
•    Experience working with Agile methodologies
•    Good English skills 
•    Positive attitude and Team player

 

Nice to have:
•    Kafka or other messaging service experience 
•    Experience in Docker 
•    Proficiency with Visual Studio Code or PyCharm IDE
•    Experience wit Atlassian stack: Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc
