About this opportunity

Welcome to the QA Team PL 1 team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Preparing and maintaining test documentation (Test Plan, Test Reports)
  • Collaborating with respective stakeholders to provide leadership in QA planning and execution
  • Based on your domain experience, understanding of system architecture, test processes, capabilities and enablers you will ensure the completion of all test-related activities
  • Drawing on your knowledge of QA test policies and strategies you will implement them and follow them up in practice as well as will propose ideas to continuously improve them
  • Coordinating, controlling, ensuring proper test execution, evaluating results of all test related activities as well as supporting system releases
  • Setting up the testing team to shape it in accordance with project needs and QA people strategy
  • Influencing, mentoring and coaching team members to ensure teamwork, provide support for the team to boost  team productivity, and increase people satisfaction


The role is based in Gdynia; Gdańsk; Warszawa.

Additionally, it will be beneficial if you have experience in managing:

  • complex systems consisting of components based on various technologies and diverse types of interfaces
  • test automation, regression, E2E testing as well as functional and non-functional testing
  • test levels, test environments, and test data

 

We also expect that you:

  • have 3+ years of experience in QA Lead (or similar) role
  • are experienced in working with agile methodologies
  • have good English language skills to freely communicate with stakeholders (also native speakers)
