As a Senior Tech Recruiter, you enable this by partnering with our Hiring People Leaders to provide quality recruitment  services and in the end hiring people, who all do their bit in how we as company cater to our customers. You have an impact on the business and on each of the hired employee’s life, as you bring them closer to their dreams and everyday aspirations.


What you’ll be doing:

 

  • End to end handling of recruitments across Poland, Nordic countries and Estonia, including having start-up meetings with Hiring People Leaders, providing job ad creation support, interviewing of candidates, assessing candidates, ordering contracts, advising Hiring People Leaders on recruitment matters etc.
  • Ensuring traction on all process stages to secure we finalise recruitments at a good pace
  • Making sure all recruitments are compliant with prevalent Nordea policies and country-wise legislation
  • Promoting diversity awareness, and embracing teamwork to generate overall success
  • Helping Talent Acquisition deliver services within our SLAs and achieve excellent KPI scores

 

You’ll join the Talent Acquisition team located in six countries (Poland, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Estonia and Sweden), where we carry out an important, uniquely qualitative and quantitative job in a high paced environment. The expectations from stakeholders vary, making it exciting every day.  


The role can based in Gdynia, Gdansk or Warsaw.

  • Are comfortable in working with both local and cross border assignments

 

Your experience and background:  

 

  • Proven experience from hiring hard to fill roles in high workload environment
  • Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools and techniques, while maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates
  • Experience of recruiting in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Genuine interest and previous experience in working with people, processes, policies and legislations 
  • Solid project management skills to productively and efficiently plan and execute on multiple projects/priorities combined with sufficient detail orientation
  • Experience with stakeholder management in a high workload environment
  • Good communication skills, both verbal, written and in English
  • Customer service mindset
  • Relevant educational degree
