About this opportunity

What you’ll be doing:

As a UX Designer, you’ll be working closely with experts from different design disciplines (Service, UX, UI, Content, Research), mastering best practices, and tackling complex design processes. You'll play a key role in shaping Nordic banking services through hands-on collaboration and a customer-first mindset. Working with a cutting-edge Design System - one of the most advanced globally, fully integrated with Figma and FigJam for seamless collaboration.

You’ll join a CX & Design Community (80 designers, 20 nationalities, 4 countries), we're driven by Nordic values - teamwork, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration. The role is based in Gdynia; Gdańsk; Warszawa.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you:

• Have end-to-end design leadership - from ideation to final delivery, you’ll independently navigate the full design process

• Have a stakeholder management expertise - you can facilitate workshops and align diverse teams (Business, Engineering, Design) while building consensus

• Have a  portfolio of complex projects - show us how you've applied design thinking to optimize business flows, with evidence of decisions made and the final products shipped

• Fluently communicate in English - you’ll be working with a multinational team and stakeholders, so articulating complex ideas clearly is essential

• Have 4+ years of hands-on experience as a UX Designer
