About this opportunity
Welcome to the Group Data Management and Data Operation team. We add value by providing data and analytics solutions to the rest of the Nordea. As the Adobe/SAS Marketing Automation Support Engineer, you’ll play a valuable role in becoming a Subject Matter Expert around application management including different compliance and life cycle management aspects. In your role, you will be working closely with our application owners and provides and supporting them to ensure our applications meet the expected Nordea standards.
Examples of the solutions we enable via our agile release trains are Common Data Platform (CDP), business data marts, Marketing Automation, AI & Machine Learning application etc.
This is an opportunity for you to be part of taking Data @ Nordea to the next level and to collaborate with different organization units and teams across the Nordics, Poland and India.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maintain Journey Optimizer features such as journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions, messages and offer
- Creating and managing journeys, campaigns, landing pages, assets, and reports in AJO
- Eager to learn new technologies and evaluate new product features
- Should have Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
The role is based in Gdynia; Copenhagen; Gdańsk; Helsinki; Stockholm.

- Collaborate with the Application Owners & Provider and support them in doing the right things
- Become the subject matter expert around Adobe/SAS application
- Facilitate different kinds of application management processes e.g:
- Risk management process to ensure we manage our risks in a pro-active and structured manner (RATIS)
- Application assessments (e.g. compliancy checks)
- Annual budgeting
- Drive and coordinate different ad-hoc initiatives and projects that arise around our application landscape
Your experience and background:
- Knowledge of any marketing automation tool preferred Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Hands-on experience with Hadoop ecosystems, SQL, APIs and basic UNIX commands
- Working knowledge of data management
