We are looking for a senior IAM professional to join the Identity Management team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to further develop Nordea Identity and Access Management offering.
About our team
Meet the Identity Management team. Our role is to develop IAM offering to comply with Nordea’s regulatory and business demands. Our focus is on Identity Governance by strengthening the access rights management, developing SoDs and Certification practices among other IAM processes. As the SME, you will play a valuable role in extending our system capability towards compliance and cybersecurity requirements.

Main responsibilities in this role:
- Develop solutions to mature SailPoint IIQ as part of the IAM development team
- Drive meetings with stakeholders
- Contribute to increase the maturity of IAM offering at Nordea
- Enhance robust and effective IAM controls within the organization
- Capture and document business requirements for development purposes
- Write user stories and create other process & functionality related documents
- Test the developed features and verify & monitor the deliverables in production
Who you are

- Are experienced in summarizing, drawing conclusions and documenting
- Like working independently and have a strong drive and can-do attitude
Your background and skills include:
- IAM process knowledge
- Understanding of IAM good practices and principles
- Experience with some IAM technologies, preferably Sailpoint IIQ
- Understanding of the corporate landscape and its’ impact on centralized IAM
- Testing experience
- Fluent English language
- Experience in working Agile environment
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have experience on the Cloud platforms like Google, AWS & Entra
- Are familiar with Role management
- Recognize the concepts related to the non-human identities
