Your future responsibilities

 

Welcome to Supplier Management Strategy & Analytics team! We optimize supplier performance and enhance risk management, unlocking sustained business value for our organization. We also implement various reporting solutions and performance monitoring for Nordea’s ICT suppliers. We are part of Technology Supplier Management and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide the oversight and management of Nordea’s business relationships with ICT service providers.

In our team we follow hybrid model of working.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert / Capability Lead for supplier performance management area, setting direction and defining standards to ensure alignment with the overall Technology strategy and goals
  • Overseeing supplier performance across Nordea’s ICT (Information Communication Technology) suppliers and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, contractual terms, and relevant regulations
  • Designing processes and procedures for supplier performance management, ensuring proper documentation / work instructions, reporting and tools set-up
  • Guiding and supporting Performance Managers with the common ways of working and standards – providing focused leadership and direction
  • Reassessing and enhancing existing performance measures to ensure their effectiveness and alignment with changing business needs and risks
  • Driving and coordinating service levels changes and improvements across Technology suppliers in scope, implementing industry best practice and development initiatives
  • Supporting supplier agreement negotiations with a focus on IT performance metrics and consistent measurement and reporting, recommending solutions and controls
  • Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to establish and implement well-defined performance expectations in line with the overall business objectives and risk tolerance
  • Implementing and maintaining DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) performance requirements towards Nordea’s ICT third-party service providers

Your experience and background:

  • Prior experience in Supplier Management or Procurement roles
  • Understanding of procurement and contracting processes
  • Familiarity with service level management and performance management methodologies, incl. SLAs and KPIs
  • ITIL and IT Service Management knowledge
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Previous experience in a regulated industry, such as finance, is beneficial
  • English fluency
