About our team

 

Platforms team support the CBP programme with various types of platforms: Weblogic, OSB, Nordea Internal cloud (Kubernetes, Microservices) Internal Java tools and others. 

 

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
  • End user study: identify who are using which different functionalities in Admin Console, why they are using them, and how often they are using them to understand what is must-have and what is just nice-to-have
  • Collect input and define all requirements (end users, security & compliance, development & maintenance) that impact to Admin Console roadmap work
  • Create and own roadmap work for Admin Console based on requirements. The roadmap would show which parts/functionalities should be:
  • Decommissioned as obsolete functionalities
  • Migrated to Nordea standard tools and technology stacks
  • Replaced or updated to meet requirements
  • Retained as-is
  • Create concrete action plan for different parts of Admin Console to tackle identified challenges and risks
  • Communicate and align with colleagues and different stakeholders in TechServices teams, Core Banking program, and elsewhere as appropriate
  • Report progress of work and possible blocking issues 

 

Who you are

 

Your background and skills include: 

  • Technical Product Owner / Hands-On Project Manager 
  • Solution Architect background preferred
  • Prior experience in designing application & infrastructure architecture solutions
  • Prior experience in working with security and compliance related requirements
  • Good documentation and communication skills in English
  • Experience from working with apps running on different technology stacks
  • Enterprise Banking domain expertise 
  • Experience in working in SAFe / Agile projects preferred
  • Java software development experience will be beneficial to understand some of the existing challenges but not mandatory
  • Prior experience from working with Nordea Technology organization would be a big plus
