Senior UX/UI Designer

Gdynia, PL, 81-537

Job ID: 9175

Take this unique opportunity to join a mature, international design community. We are 60 people of 20 nationalities based in 4 countries driven by the Nordic work culture. Our values make us put authentic experience, knowledge, teamwork, and cooperation over hierarchies and titles. We share and help each other develop and dismiss competing and challenging each other.
You will become part of an organisation shaped so that various specialist skills like service design, UX, UI, content, and research apply different Design Thinking frameworks daily. When you join, you will get a chance to collaborate with world-class specialists in each design discipline. You will work in a highly collaborative manner pushing Figma and FigJam to their limits. The best learning experience of all will be a regular part of your day: applying best practices and mastering complex design processes while improving and expanding Nordic banking services.
Our home-grown Design System represents the state-of-the-art level. We can proudly say it is one of the most mature solutions running anywhere in the world. Research is the backbone of almost every initiative that we address. We shape and drive customised research activities fine-tuned for every challenge we face.
Each of our design teams works as an autonomous group supported by an experienced design lead responsible for creating, planning, and managing the backlog. The design lead protects you and the entire team from external pressure and overload. The leader is also the only person deciding when the “job is done”- no business stakeholder has a say.

Finally comes the famous Nordic work-life balance. A true one.

All sounds too good to be true? It is real! Ask our designers that are already working in our Gdynia office.

The Nordic work culture is based on consensus – you need to be able to build influence and peacefully align the vision that you work on taking into consideration a variety of different viewpoints.
• Examples of projects focused on optimizing complex business flows – demonstrating how have you used your skills in distinct phases of design process – explaining the rationale behind the decisions that you had to take in each step – displaying the final deliveries and shipped UX/UI products.
