We are now looking for a new Branch Manager for our Østfold Team to drive and develop our team, create great customer experiences, motivate our people and take part in our service concept for Business Banking customers.

Welcome to Business Banking Norway. We add value by providing relevant and professional advice to Corporate Customers. As our new Branch Manager, you will play a valuable role in our continued journey and be an important contributor to Region East delivering on Nordea’s Grow Norway strategy.
What you will be doing
- Be responsible for our Business Banking operation and the team in Østfold
- Drive, develop and execute our service offerings in the region for Corporate Customers, their satisfaction and partnership with Nordea
- Drive initiatives that create happy and motivated employees
- Increase business momentum and customer base both by supporting 7 advisors, and by acquiring new customers enabling you to develop a profitable customer portfolio where we are the business partner offering a full scale of Nordea product range
- Secure credit quality and compliance according to all our guidelines
- Further develop our strong presence and market share in Østfold area
- You will be a member of the Leadership Group in Business Banking East together with 2 other Branch Managers and Head of Business Banking Region East
You will join a team of 7 skilled employees serving Business Banking Customers. The role is based at our office at Grålum in Østfold and you will report to Head of Business Banking Region East.

- Preferably are a skilled people leader with strong customer and business focus
- Passion and talent for creating and leading a high performing team
- Education preferably on Master's level, within relevant area

- Empowering people by identifying individual development opportunities to support growth and encourage them to share own ideas, concerns and learnings

- Developing teams by nurturing a dynamic team culture, that emphasizes trust and respect to ensure that everyone understands their unique value and contribution
