We are looking for two Acquisition Managers to join our team in Private Banking. In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring our growth and profitability through acquiring new Private Banking customers. This is an opportunity for you to work at the core of Private Banking. These are fulltime and permanent positions.
Welcome to the Customer Acquisition team. You’ll join the Private Banking Customer Acquisition unit, where we focus on acquiring new internal and external Private Customers, and building and developing outstanding collaboration with other Nordea units.

About our team
Meet the Customer Acquisition team. Our role is to increase our business potential through new customer acquisition, and act as Nordea Private Banking ambassadors inside and outside of Nordea. Our team consists of seven Acquisition Managers and the Head of Customer Acquisition in Private Banking.

What you’ll be doing
Main responsibilities in this role:
- Customer acquisition to Private Banking through contacting potential new customers and executing sales presentations with this potential clientele
- Building and developing collaboration between Private Banking, Personal Banking and Business Banking
- Nurturing good collaboration within Private Banking / with different internal partners
- Getting knowledge of the competitive field
Who you are

Your background and skills include:
- Relevant education
- APV1 and APV2
- Fluency in written and spoken Finnish and sufficient skills in English. Swedish is seen as an advantage
It would be ideal if you also:
- Have experience in wealth management and investments
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skill
