About this opportunity

Welcome to Business Banking Helsingborg and Halmstad. As Head of a Business Banking Unit, you will be responsible for the portfolio and the development of our growth in a designated market. The position is based in Helsingborg. We have a strong ambition to be number one in our market and also strive to acquire new clients.  

What you will be doing: 

• Engage, coach and empower Relationship Managers/Senior Relationship Managers  
• Together with your team develop and establish Nordea as the #1 financial partner  
• Fully responsible for Profit and Loss and the units credit portfolio  
• Build strong relationship with important stakeholders, internally and externally
• Be a part of Business Banking South Sweden´s management team  

You will join a great team of committed Senior Relationship Managers and Relationship Managers within Business Banking. Furthermore you will play a key role in the management team together with the other Branch Managers.

Your experience and background:

• You have relevant experience working within corporate banking
• Relevant leadership experience  
• Good knowledge and experience working with financing and credit risks  
• Professional skills in written and spoken Swedish and English
