About this opportunity

You will have a possibility to influence how people do digital banking and change Nordea to meet the future. You will work as a member of the team responsible for developing Nordea's Chat / Chatbot / Search solutions. Our team consists of Developers, Quality Assurance people and Artificial Intelligence experts. You’ll specialize in the mobile frontend (iOS / Android). We are looking for people that are passionate about developing great software for our digital platform.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Will design, create, and improve end to end solutions, from web/mobile front end to micro service backend, together with team members.
  • Are expected to take ownership of the code in your service area and ensure quality of the implementation.
  • Will also plan and coordinate the development effort with relevant stakeholders and other developers.


Position is located in our Helsinki (Vallila) HQ office. Preferred starting time is May 2024.

Your profile and background:

  • Are not afraid of challenging tasks and are eager to learn and gain new knowledge.
  • Are willing to bring innovative ideas to the team so that others can learn from you.
  • Native mobile development experience: Swift / Objective-C / Java / Kotlin
  • Fluent communication skills in English

 

We value as well:

  • Experience on web development, e.g. Angular, JavaScript, Typescript, Karma unit test, Cypress UI test, Git.
  • Backend development experience: Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs.
