We are now looking for an Analyst to join Apps & Analytics unit in the LC&I business area.

About this opportunity

Apps & Analytics is front office support unit that is serving every day 2000+ internal users across the Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) value chain. We have responsibility of application management agenda for LC&I franchise and direct ownership of customer engagement application ecosystem covering CRM, Digital Workplace, Analytics and BI Function. Your main responsibilities will vary from daily operations to executing interesting LC&I projects that are aligned with our business strategy.

What you’ll be doing:


  • Talk to various LC&I business stakeholders on a daily basis to run projects and to develop our internal solution & service offering and Application Management
  • Constantly look for opportunities how things could be done better to serve both internal and external clients
  • Communicate business requirements to IT/tech in order to secure that there is a seamless connection between technology and business
  • Participate in designing business processes used to run our internal ecosystem that covers Customer Engagement applications that related to document management and Digital Workplace implementation
  • Work in the general Application Management and drive Identity and Access Management (IAM) implementations
  • Have constant business development dialogue with our LC&I business stakeholders both in the customer responsible and product responsible units

Your experience and background: 


  • Excellent communication skills. You need to have ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the Nordea organisation covering IT developers, customer interfacing business employees, legal and compliance
  • Excellent skills and interest in building business & technology alignment
  • You need to have excellent skills to use MS Office tools, create presentations, gather business requirements, doing surveys and give training to end users 
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (fluency in any Nordic language considered as an advantage)
  • Master’s degree or similar knowledge in relevant business or technical discipline
  • Experience in banking sector and specifically LC&I franchise and regulation is considered to be an advantage
  • It is considered to be an advantage if you have understanding & interest in digitalization, data analysis and Identity and Access Management solutions (IAM)
