About this opportunity


Welcome to the Debt Solutions & Loans team. We are the leading corporate debt franchise in the Nordic region, housing both advisory and execution functions. We add value to our clients by providing best-in-class service throughout the entire credit value chain. The Debt Solutions & Loans team is an integral part in complex and event driven transactions such as acquisition financing, IPO financing, and investment financing for our largest corporate and real estate clients. Another area where we spend significant time advising clients is on how to integrate ESG into their financing.

You will play a key role in sourcing, structuring, and executing debt transactions in Finland. In addition, you will advise companies on capital structure, credit rating and financing alternatives on a day-to-day basis. We have the possibility to foster different backgrounds and levels of experience, which will determine the role and the extent of its content.


What you will be doing:

  • Analyse and advise external clients on capital structures, debt capacity, and credit ratings
  • Independently facilitate client meetings and lead the execution of transactions, including terms negotiation.
  • Prepare presentations for pitches and client presentations including in-depth market and pricing analysis
  • Conduct financial modeling of various transactions
  • Monitor the market regarding recent events and market trends

Your experience and background: 

  • 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience, preferably within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or equivalent disciplines
  • Academic background with a Master's degree from a relevant area
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Finnish
  • Strong knowledge of basic tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
