We are now looking for Business Analysts within the newly established Debt Collection Remediation team, supporting remediation activities and project management with analysis & data insights.

Debt Collection Remediation team is established to oversee change and lead transformations related to regulatory requirements within Debt Collection. You will join a small team and work closely with stakeholders within Nordea Finance and Nordea Group to ensure progress of the program.

Main responsibilities in this role: 

  • Conduct data analysis within debt collection historical data, create reports, and develop modeling solutions to support decision-making for e.g. remediation execution processes.
  • Work with local debt collection units to understand their requirements and transform their needs into actionable initiatives.
  • Support process development with data insights
  • Improve data and process quality through root cause analysis and methodologies.
  • Coordinate and drive ad-hoc assignments, support the Project management, and participate in various forums with widespread responsibility within the tasks of remediation.

 

You will report to Head of Debt Collection Remediation. This role is based in the Helsinki.

Your background and skills include: 

  • Reporting, planning & analytical background with experience in data quality related activities
  • Strong knowledge in Excel & PowerPoint and  possess good presentation skills
  • Preferred experience with Power Bi
  • Bachelor's/master’s degree in data, business, engineering or other relevant topics.
  • You come with experience from a similar area  i.e debt collection company, leasing company or bank
  • Have knowledge of debt collection legislation
  • Have knowledge of termination of contracts / Leasing
  • Has knowledge of the processing of death estate cases
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Masters Degree in software engineering, data science, computer science or equivalent field
